During the 12 weeks you’ll receive 1-on-1 and group coaching and learn how to stop the repetitive patterns that have you stuck; redefine your life purpose; develop a personalized plan for practical and consistent self-care including; learn the art of dating (again); assess every area of your life and decide what you should stop, start and continue in each; establish a system to track your progress and accountability; and receive consultation from health and financial experts.
