Limiting Beliefs

What do the words ‘ANYthing is possible!’ stir in you?  Does it excite and push you forward into imaginations of what you can create for yourself? Or does it get squashed immediately as a whimsical notion for the impractical?

It’s a good litmus test of the relationship between spiritual laws and your core beliefs.  I’ve come to understand that what I think, and the repetitive nature of my thoughts produces a kinetic force that moves and matches my thoughts to anything corresponding to the same frequency.

My beliefs and the thoughts that repeat over and over in my head play a significant role in my ability to create a life that I love.  If I’m playing ‘Life is a struggle’, then life will be a constant struggle.  If I’m playing ‘I never have enough money’, then I never have enough money.

Where do the limits we place on possibility originate?   There’s a phenomenon that occurs when we remember the ‘failures’ in our lives.  Each time we revisit the memory, the mind counts it as a new ‘failure’, not distinguishing the memory and an actual experience. The seed of self-doubt is planted and somehow the sum total of our experiences is heavily weighed on the ‘failure’ side, creating the limiting beliefs that begin to shape our experiences.

Consider that our beliefs are neither right nor wrong; they are simply well-visited themes of thought that energetically maneuver from us to some form that corresponds to the belief.  The form may be a thriving new business or new love, but it could also be a continuous money challenges or disconnection from loved ones.  There are beliefs that advocate for boundless possibility and prove it and there are those that denounce possibilities exist and they, too, will prove their position.  The choice is yours… be vigilante in the thoughts you keep.
